MSN Air Service, a leading US-based ground handling agency, has appointed Manoj Singh as its new Chief Executive Officer. Based at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Singh assumes responsibility for steering the company’s strategic and operational direction across its comprehensive aviation services portfolio.
As CEO, Singh will oversee MSN Air Service’s end-to-end ground handling operations, including passenger services, cargo management, ramp handling, aviation security, and cargo terminal operations. He is expected to shape the company’s corporate vision, strengthen governance, safety and compliance frameworks, and drive operational excellence across all business verticals.
A central focus of Singh’s mandate is international expansion, particularly in developing new cargo infrastructure, entering emerging markets, and enhancing capabilities to support evolving trade lanes, growing e-commerce demand, and regional logistics requirements. He will also work on building commercially sustainable partnerships with airports, airlines, and global stakeholders, aligning the company’s growth strategy with forward-looking aviation and airport initiatives.
“Manoj Singh brings a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in aviation and logistics, making him exceptionally well-suited to lead MSN Air Service during this period of rapid global transformation in air cargo and ground handling,” the company said in a statement.
A Proven Track Record in Cargo and Airport Operations
Singh joins MSN Air Service with extensive leadership experience in cargo airlines, airport operations, ground handling, and integrated supply chain ecosystems. Most recently, he served as Chief Cargo Officer at Adani Airports, overseeing profit and loss for cargo operations across eight airports in India. During his tenure, he successfully launched multiple greenfield cargo businesses, including a logistics subsidiary and India’s first airport-linked cargo ecosystem.
Prior to Adani Airports, Singh was Senior Vice President and Head of Cargo at Mumbai International Airport, India’s busiest cargo hub. There, he implemented digital cargo initiatives, pharma handling operations, and operational efficiency programs. His prior roles include CEO of Menzies Aviation Bengaluru, General Manager of Cargo at Hyderabad Menzies Aviation, and Commercial Head of India at Menzies Aviation, where he helped establish two greenfield airport cargo operations and pioneered India’s first airport cargo pharma zone. Singh has also held senior positions with the Airports Authority of India and Lufthansa Cargo.
Strategic Outlook
With global aviation and cargo markets experiencing rapid transformation, Singh’s leadership is expected to enhance MSN Air Service’s resilience, innovation, and value creation, while positioning the company to capitalize on emerging opportunities in international air logistics. His appointment underscores MSN Air Service’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and sustainable growth in both domestic and international markets.
