Miami, USA — November 11–13, 2025: The global logistics community will converge at the Miami Beach Convention Center for transport logistic Americas, air cargo Americas, and project cargo Americas, a triad of major trade events set to shape the future of international transport and logistics.

For the first time, the conference program will span two dedicated stages, offering a dynamic platform for discussions, presentations, and networking among industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers. The expanded format underscores the event’s growing stature as North America’s leading logistics and supply chain trade fair.

A Global Hub for Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain Dialogue

Over three days, experts from across all modes of transport — air, sea, road, and rail — will explore how infrastructure, technology, and policy frameworks intersect to redefine global trade flows. Miami’s strategic role as a logistics gateway between North and South America and as a key node in transatlantic commerce makes it the ideal meeting point for decision-makers driving innovation in multimodal supply chains.

Renowned Partners and Strategic Collaboration

Organized by Messe München in partnership with the World Trade Center Miami (WTCM), the event unites global logistics expertise with strong regional partnerships. The conference program has been curated with input from leading organizations including STAT Trade Times, ACI Airports Council International, the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC), the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF), and the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce.

In the project cargo segment, DVV International Media and its publication Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International (HLPFI) will contribute specialized insight into heavy-lift and out-of-gauge logistics.

A Two-Stage Conference: 16 Sessions of Insight and Innovation

The 2025 edition introduces a two-stage format featuring 16 one-hour sessions, including panel discussions, keynote presentations, and networking seminars. Topics will address the full spectrum of modern logistics — from smart cargo hubs and urban logistics solutions to the development of new trade routes and infrastructure megaprojects.

Digitalization and automation will be major themes, exploring data-driven operations, smart warehousing, and digital integration across all transport modes. Additionally, sessions on geopolitics, nearshoring, trade policy, clean technologies, and alternative energy will examine how global logistics adapts to evolving economic and environmental challenges.

A highlight of the program, the “Women in Logistics” session hosted by FCBF, will foster dialogue, mentorship, and career advancement for women shaping the logistics and supply chain sectors.

Connecting the Global Logistics Community

True to the American principle of “free education,” admission to the exhibition and all conference sessions is free of charge, encouraging open access to learning and professional exchange.

Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead at Messe München, emphasized the event’s collaborative mission:

“Just like our flagship event in Munich, transport logistic Americas represents intensive networking and meaningful dialogue. Especially in challenging times, personal connections are more important than ever — they strengthen resilience and competitiveness across global supply chains. Our goal is to bring together all stakeholders — from shippers to service providers and receivers — to build stronger, more connected logistics networks.”

With its growing influence and expanded program, transport logistic Americas 2025 promises to be a landmark event for logistics, air cargo, and project cargo professionals, reinforcing Miami’s position as the gateway to the Americas and a key hub in the global logistics conversation.
