David Bellon has been appointed as the new chairman of Air Cargo Belgium in a Board of Directors meeting on September 3. Previously, he held the role of the vice chairman and representative of the Forwarding Cluster. He will be succeeding Steven Polmans (who was the chairman since the very beginning of ACB in 2016) as of November 15.
David, who is active as airfreight product station manager at DHL Global Forwarding Belgium, about his new role said, “I am honoured to have received the confidence from the Board Of Directors to become chairman of our organization. I look forward to continuing to serve ACB in this new role and thank Steven Polmans for the fantastic work done so far. Let us continue on this great journey of digitization and community approach!”
In the past, he has already been very active as vice chairman in the Executive Committee and as representative in the Forwarder Cluster and he has always been very engaged within the organisation and BRUcargo.
