PayCargo and IBS Software have strengthened their long-term collaboration to advance digital transformation across the global air cargo sector, deepening their integration to streamline payments, enhance operational efficiency and support the industry’s shift toward fully digital workflows.
The enhanced partnership centers on IBS Software’s flagship iCargo management platform, which now features a more seamless connection with PayCargo’s secure, real-time payment system. The improved integration allows airlines, ground handlers and freight forwarders to automate financial transactions, increase payment accuracy, accelerate cargo release and significantly reduce manual processing.
The upgraded capability is already in service, with Delta Cargo and American Airlines Cargo now live on the integrated solution. Additional airline integrations are scheduled in the coming months, reflecting the growing demand for unified digital ecosystems across air logistics.
“As long-term partners, PayCargo and IBS Software share a vision for a smarter, more connected cargo ecosystem,” said Eduardo Del Riego, President and Chief Executive of PayCargo. “By combining our strengths, we’re not just digitising payments — we’re helping the industry reimagine how efficiency and customer experience can be delivered at scale.”
IBS Software noted that system-level collaboration is increasingly critical as airlines and handlers modernise their technology foundations.
“iCargo has become the digital backbone for many of the world’s leading carriers and handlers,” said Radhesh Memon, Vice President and Head of Strategy & Product, Cargo at IBS Software. “By embedding PayCargo’s capabilities into the platform, we are reinforcing our joint commitment to empower customers with solutions that anticipate industry needs and create sustainable competitive advantage.”
With this expanded partnership, PayCargo and IBS Software aim to set a new benchmark for digital leadership in air cargo—supporting both immediate operational gains and the long-term evolution of the global logistics ecosystem.
