CSafe has appointed Will Romanowicz as chief legal officer, effective 9 September 2026, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its temperature-controlled logistics business for the life sciences sector.
Romanowicz will lead CSafe’s global legal function from the company’s corporate headquarters in Monroe, Ohio. His responsibilities will include corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
He brings more than a decade of legal, governance and commercial leadership experience across highly regulated industries. His background spans large global public companies and late-stage startups, with experience in sectors including biotechnology, agribusiness, software-as-a-service, food and beverage, and dietary supplements.

Before joining CSafe, Romanowicz held a dual legal and commercial role in which he led a cross-functional team responsible for legal affairs, government affairs and external communications.
Earlier in his career, he practised corporate law, advising companies on governance, restructuring and complex transactions.
In his new position, Romanowicz will support CSafe’s global growth by overseeing the legal and compliance framework underpinning its operations. The company provides active and passive temperature-controlled shipping solutions for the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy applications.

The appointment comes as CSafe continues to broaden its portfolio of temperature-controlled logistics solutions. The company currently operates a global network serving more than 185 countries and offers active and passive shipping systems, real-time shipment visibility and solutions for pharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy supply chains.
Romanowicz’s appointment adds legal and regulatory leadership capacity to CSafe as the company scales its international operations in an industry where compliance, risk management and product integrity remain central to pharmaceutical logistics.
