American Airlines Cargo is advancing its commercial digitisation with the selection of Rotate to implement its Sales Cockpit and Sales Steering solutions. The move reflects the airline’s commitment to leveraging data-driven technology to enhance customer engagement, optimise capacity, and improve decision-making across its global cargo network.
The Sales Cockpit tool is designed to provide the airline’s sales organisation with actionable insights by evaluating market conditions, identifying high-potential opportunities, and integrating seamlessly with the airline’s existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. By delivering real-time intelligence, Sales Cockpit enables American Airlines Cargo teams to engage customers more proactively and consistently.
Complementing this, Sales Steering equips the airline with network optimisation data, helping ensure that cargo capacity is allocated efficiently and aligned with customer demand. The solution provides commercial teams with the visibility required to make informed decisions on routing, scheduling, and capacity deployment, improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Roger Samways, Vice President, Commercial for American Airlines Cargo, commented on the collaboration:
“We’re excited to work with Rotate as we continue strengthening our digital and commercial capabilities. Sales Cockpit and Sales Steering will help our teams engage customers with greater insight and consistency while ensuring we prioritise opportunities that matter most. This partnership supports our commitment to delivering a more responsive, data-driven customer experience across our global network.”
Ryan Keyrouse, Co-Founder and CEO of Rotate, added:
“We’re proud to support American Airlines Cargo as they advance their commercial digitisation. Their team brings deep vision and engagement to the project, and together we’re tailoring our solutions to deliver meaningful value. We look forward to a strong and lasting partnership.”
The collaboration between American Airlines Cargo and Rotate highlights the growing trend of digital transformation in air cargo, where airlines increasingly rely on data analytics, market intelligence, and network optimisation to remain competitive in a fast-evolving global logistics market.
