Strategic Partnership to Enhance Cargo Operations and Customer Service
IAG Cargo has announced the appointment of Group Concorde as its General Sales Agent (GSA) across eight countries, marking a significant expansion of its operations in the Asia-Pacific region and Oceania. This new partnership aims to optimize cargo operations and improve customer service in Cambodia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.
Under the agreement, Group Concorde will take over responsibility for cargo sales operations in these key markets over the next three months. The focus will be on driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency while providing customers with streamlined access to IAG Cargo’s extensive network and services.

In related news, IAG Cargo reported a 1.1% increase in cargo revenues for the second quarter of the year, reaching €283 million. This marks the first year-on-year revenue improvement since the first quarter of 2022, highlighting the positive impact of recent strategic initiatives.
