My Freighter Adds Another Boeing 767 as Network Expansion Continues

The Uzbekistan-based cargo carrier has added a 55-tonne-capacity freighter to its fleet, strengthening operations through Tashkent as it develops links between Asia and Europe.

My Freighter has expanded its dedicated cargo fleet with the addition of another Boeing 767 freighter, reinforcing its efforts to grow capacity and improve connectivity between Central Asia and international markets.

The aircraft, registered UK67023, arrived at the airline’s Tashkent hub on 4 October. The Boeing 767-300 converted freighter is named after Zahiriddin Muhammad Bobur, the poet, statesman and founder of the Mughal Empire, who was born in Andijan, in present-day Uzbekistan.

With a reported payload capacity of up to 55 tonnes, the aircraft will give My Freighter additional flexibility in handling cargo flows through Tashkent. Its arrival supports the carrier’s developing network across Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, Europe and North America.

The latest addition also reflects the airline’s continued reliance on the Boeing 767 as the backbone of its freighter operations. The twin-engine widebody offers a combination of payload capability and range suited to the carrier’s hub-based network, which connects regional markets with major international cargo gateways.

Tashkent at the centre of expansion

Tashkent plays a central role in My Freighter’s operating model, allowing the carrier to connect shipments from different origins and distribute them across its wider network. As the airline adds aircraft and services, the hub is becoming increasingly important to its efforts to strengthen trade links between Asia and Europe.

The latest fleet addition comes amid a series of network developments. My Freighter increased frequencies to Liège, Belgium, to daily from July 2026, strengthening its links with a major European cargo gateway. Earlier in the year, the carrier introduced new services connecting Asian markets with Frankfurt, Germany, and announced scheduled cargo flights linking Hong Kong with Maastricht Aachen Airport in the Netherlands via Tashkent.

These developments give freight forwarders more options for moving cargo between Asian origins and European destinations. They also support the airline’s efforts to build a more consistent scheduled network rather than relying solely on individual charter operations.

For customers, additional aircraft and flight frequencies can provide greater flexibility in planning shipments and managing capacity requirements. The actual benefits will depend on route schedules, available payload and the type of cargo being transported.

Partnerships extend network reach

My Freighter is also using commercial partnerships to broaden its market access. Interline agreements with Air Canada and Singapore Airlines provide additional opportunities to connect shipments beyond the airline’s own operated routes.

Such arrangements can help cargo carriers extend their reach without having to operate aircraft to every destination themselves. They also offer forwarders additional routing options, subject to the terms of the agreements and available capacity.

The appointment of Group Concorde as a general sales and service agent in four countries adds another element to the airline’s commercial expansion. Local representation can help develop customer relationships, support sales and improve access to the carrier’s services in individual markets.

Together, fleet investment, increased frequencies and partnerships form the basis of My Freighter’s strategy to develop its position in international air cargo.

Fleet growth to support future demand

My Freighter is part of Uzbekistan-based Centrum Holding and has been expanding its freighter operations as it develops its international network. The Boeing 767 remains central to that growth, supported by a Boeing 757 freighter for narrower-market requirements.

The arrival of UK67023 increases the carrier’s Boeing 767 fleet to 10 aircraft, alongside its Boeing 757 freighter, according to aviation fleet reporting. The airline’s published fleet page had previously listed nine Boeing 767-300 freighters and one Boeing 757, before the latest aircraft was added.

Fleet expansion gives the airline more capacity to support existing services and develop new routes, but sustained growth will also depend on market demand, aircraft utilisation, operational reliability and the availability of suitable cargo volumes.

For My Freighter, the latest delivery strengthens the resources available to serve its customers as it continues to build links between Central Asia, Asia and Europe. With Tashkent at the heart of its network, the carrier is positioning additional freighter capacity as a means of supporting more frequent services and wider international connectivity.

The new Boeing 767 is another step in that process, adding capacity to a fleet that has become central to the airline’s growth ambitions.
