In a move to streamline air cargo exports, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and Maqta Technologies Group, part of AD Ports Group, have joined forces with Etihad Cargo to launch new digital features on the Advanced Trade and Logistics Platform (ATLP).
This enhancement introduces Export Rate Determination and Booking functionalities, providing logistics providers in Abu Dhabi with real-time access to Etihad Cargo’s network, capacity, and pricing—allowing for faster, more accurate bookings. These updates will also integrate services from Etihad Airport Services, optimizing operations for freight forwarders with Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) numbers.
Transforming Air Cargo Operations
Developed by Maqta Technologies Group, ATLP was launched in May 2020 under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed, aiming to unify trade and logistics services across air, land, and sea.
With this latest upgrade, the platform will:
– Enhance decision-making with real-time data
– Cut processing times for logistics providers
– Improve accuracy and compliance with international regulations
