This seamless host-to-host integration represents the fruition of Avianca Cargo’s comprehensive eBooking strategy. It empowers the airline’s customers with a gamut of travel services, ranging from itinerary browsing and flight availability to dynamic pricing in real-time. Moreover, customers gain precision and efficiency in managing their reservations and can seamlessly track their bookings from within the system.
By establishing a direct link between iCargo and DB Schenker’s system, this integration fosters instant and automated communication, thereby streamlining the entire booking process from initiation to confirmation.
