Aerios, a cutting-edge software company specializing in air cargo charter solutions, has officially announced Cargojet as the first airline to go live with its newly launched Carrier App. This milestone partnership marks a significant step in revolutionizing the air cargo charter industry, with Cargojet benefiting from enhanced efficiency, faster responses, and improved operational capabilities.

Having participated in Aerios’ alpha program, Cargojet provided valuable insights and feedback that have shaped the development of the Carrier App. The app is designed to streamline charter operations by centralizing multiple processes into a single system, enabling carriers to respond to charter quotations faster and more efficiently.

With the integration of the Carrier App, Cargojet aims to accelerate its service offerings, providing quicker quote responses and improving quote conversion rates. This advancement supports the airline’s commitment to delivering responsive and reliable air cargo solutions worldwide.

One of the standout features of the Carrier App is its ability to integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, offering Cargojet deeper access to internal data and reporting capabilities. This functionality helps the airline identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with existing clients, and analyze lost opportunities to refine future strategies.

Simon Watson, Founder of Aerios, expressed his pride in the partnership: “We are thrilled to have Cargojet as our first partner carrier. Their early adoption of the Carrier App and the valuable feedback provided during the alpha program were pivotal in fine-tuning the platform. This partnership is just the beginning, and we look forward to collaborating with more carriers in the near future.”

The Carrier App was developed specifically for the air cargo charter market, combining CRM and communication systems with a carrier’s flight operations to create a unified digital workflow. It allows airlines to efficiently promote their capacity, distribute quotes, and maximize revenue opportunities, no matter their size.

As Cargojet integrates the platform into its operations, the partnership signals a new chapter for Aerios in transforming the air cargo charter sector. By leveraging digital tools, the Carrier App empowers airlines to offer enhanced services, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their market position.
