DoKaSch Temperature Solutions has appointed Kersten Drummer as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective 1 July 2026, reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its global presence in temperature-controlled logistics for the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
In his new role, Drummer will oversee the company’s overall commercial strategy, leading the business development and key account management teams while reporting directly to Managing Director Andreas Seitz.
Drummer joins the executive leadership team with more than 20 years of experience in the global air cargo industry, including over a decade specialising in Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics. He also brings extensive expertise in the active temperature-controlled container segment, having held senior leadership positions spanning sales, product management and operations.
Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for aligning commercial strategy with operational execution, driving international business growth and developing high-performing global teams. His experience across complex logistics environments is expected to support DoKaSch Temperature Solutions’ continued focus on delivering customer-centric, high-quality cold chain solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Alongside Drummer’s appointment, Edwin Visser has assumed the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances, reporting directly to Managing Director Andreas Seitz.
The new executive position has been established to strengthen DoKaSch Temperature Solutions’ long-term global growth strategy and expand strategic partnerships across the international air cargo and pharmaceutical logistics sectors.
Visser previously served as Chief Commercial Officer for more than three years, during which he played a key role in advancing the company’s commercial development and strengthening its position in the temperature-controlled logistics market. His extensive industry expertise and global network will continue to support the company’s strategic initiatives in his new leadership role.
