Lead Warehouse Cargo Handler Hayden Dixon expressed that “in our field, you always need to have a team mentality, and let your work speak for you.” Every Amerijet warehouse employee wears the appropriate safety gear and is continuously trained on how to manage different commodity types including dangerous goods and temperature-sensitive cargo.
Cargo Handler, Angel Del Valle has served Amerijet for 12 years, with both his brother and father having also worked for the company. Angel values his team’s experience. “Most people working during my shift have been with Amerijet for more than 10 years and diversity has increased,” stated Angel. “New employees benefit from the level of experience at our warehouse because they can be mentored by multiple people. There is a great camaraderie among our teams.”
