World Cargo Symposium
London, England 27 – 29 September

IATA has taken the decision to move its annual World Cargo Symposium (WCS) event from Hong Kong to London.

The three-day conference and exhibition will now take place between September 27-29 at the ExCel exhibition centre.

The move comes as Hong Kong continues to implement strict travel restrictions in response to Covid outbreaks.

“The Symposium will feature plenary sessions, specialized streams, workshops, and executive summits, tackling aspects related to Technology & Innovation, Security & Customs, Cargo Operations, and Sustainability, where you can partake in lively discussions and benefit from the opportunity to network with over 1,300 key industry players at the WCS Welcome Reception and Gala dinner,” IATA said.

Last year WCS event was shifted from Istanbul to Dublin as a result of covid-related travel restrictions in Turkey.
