JAS Worldwide has recently incorporated Multilogistics, led by JAS Jet Air Service SpA, with the acquisition finalized on May 27. This merger holds particular significance as Multilogistics is based in Liscate, close to JAS’s original Milanese roots. The proximity is a meaningful nod to JAS’s inception and underscores its four-decade-long global expansion.

JAS has grown methodically, forming strategic alliances with firms that prioritize their workforce and are dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Massimo Mirizzi, President and Managing Director of Multilogistics, remarked, “Joining JAS Worldwide, a distinguished entity in the global logistics sector, is exhilarating. “This alliance offers immense prospects for both our personnel and clientele. “Uniting our local acumen with JAS Worldwide’s international scope and pioneering, eco-friendly solutions, we aim to enhance value and service excellence for our customers.”
