- AGS Logistics and SpeedX have appointed a new Vice President of Sales to support their expansion in cross-border logistics and last-mile delivery.
- The move strengthens the companies’ integrated, end-to-end supply chain offering, linking global freight and customs expertise with high-volume final-mile delivery across North America, Australia, and Europe.
Accelerated Global Solutions (AGS) Logistics and last-mile delivery platform SpeedX have appointed Kristen Nguyenas vice president of sales, as the sister companies continue to expand their capabilities across customs brokerage, cross-border logistics and final-mile delivery.
Nguyen brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience to the role. Most recently, she served as head of sales at SF Express, where she led commercial strategy and supported the international expansion of e-commerce logistics solutions.
Throughout her career, Nguyen has focused on enabling global growth for e-commerce brands by simplifying complex cross-border supply chains. Her previous experience also includes senior roles at ECMS Express and PFS, where she worked closely with merchants navigating international shipping, customs compliance and scalable fulfillment models.
The appointment follows a period of rapid growth for AGS Logistics and SpeedX. In November 2024, SpeedX expanded into airfreight through the acquisition of freight forwarder AGS, strengthening its end-to-end logistics offering.
Over the past year, the combined group has opened more than 50 new facilities across North America, established operations in Australia, and initiated expansion into Europe, reflecting its ambition to build a globally integrated logistics platform.
“This role is particularly exciting because of the growth potential of AGS and SpeedX as we integrate every stage of the logistics process into a single, seamless journey for our customers,” Nguyen said. “I am incredibly proud to join a team that is proactively building the infrastructure necessary to stay ahead of the industry’s evolving demands.”
Nguyen added that the opportunity to reshape traditional logistics models was a key factor in her decision to join the company.
“I joined the AGS Logistics and SpeedX team to disrupt the status quo of the global logistics economy,” she said. “By combining AGS’s global reach and customs expertise with SpeedX’s direct final-mile agility in the US and Australia, we are able to offer clients a synchronized ecosystem that traditional carriers cannot match.
“Scaling this alongside a premier global partner network for other territories enables us to deliver a truly borderless shipping experience. My mission is to empower brands to scale with confidence by providing the visibility, speed and strategic partnership required to succeed in today’s global marketplace.”
