The initiative forms part of Etihad Cargo’s broader strategy to standardise operational practices and strengthen service quality across its global logistics ecosystem.

We have launched the Excellence Hub to ensure that we have one global standard for all our partners across our network, and we are growing it to cover not only our partners but also to share knowledge with our customers.”
Al Laham explained that the academy is built around three core pillars.
“The Excellence Hub covers three key pillars. One is learning more about Etihad Cargo products and services. The second is learning more about industry standards. The third is developing soft skills, such as negotiation and communication, that help boost business performance.”
She added that the platform has been designed as an interactive community rather than simply an online training portal.
“We have a range of courses, podcasts and the opportunity to speak with different experts. People who join the Excellence Hub are also able to register for a Mini MBA programme, earn credits and badges, and access a reward shop to accelerate their learning experience.”
