The global air cargo industry will return to Miami this October as the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA)hosts Air Cargo Forum 2026 (ACF 2026), one of the sector’s largest and most influential international events.

Taking place from 26 to 29 October 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, the four-day forum will bring together airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handlers, shippers, technology companies, manufacturers and logistics providers from around the world for a programme focused on business, innovation and collaboration. Event dates, venue and registration have been confirmed by TIACA.

A global meeting place for the air cargo community

Held every two years, the Air Cargo Forum has become a key event for professionals looking to strengthen business relationships, explore new market opportunities and stay informed about the latest developments in air freight.

TIACA Selects Singapore to Host Executive Summit 2027, Bringing Global Air Cargo Leaders to Asia

This year’s edition will feature a combination of conference sessions, a large international exhibition, networking events and innovation showcases, creating opportunities for participants from every part of the air cargo supply chain to exchange ideas and build new partnerships.

Industry discussions are expected to cover many of the issues shaping the future of air cargo, including digital transformation, sustainability, supply chain resilience and emerging technologies.

More than an exhibition

While the exhibition remains at the heart of the event, ACF 2026 is designed to offer much more than a traditional trade show.

Alongside the exhibition floor, delegates will have access to a comprehensive conference programme featuring industry leaders and subject matter experts, as well as dedicated networking receptions, startup showcases and sponsorship opportunities.

TIACA has also planned a series of social events and networking activities across Miami, giving attendees additional opportunities to connect with customers, suppliers and industry peers outside the conference environment.

Strong industry interest

Interest in this year’s event is already running high.

According to TIACA, more than half of the available exhibition space has already been reserved, prompting organisers to expand the exhibition floor to accommodate growing demand from companies keen to showcase their products and services.

The strong early response reflects continued confidence in the industry’s outlook and the value businesses place on face-to-face engagement.

Roos Bakker, Chair of TIACA, said the level of exhibitor interest demonstrates the strength of the global air cargo community and reinforces Miami’s importance as an international logistics gateway.

A focus on business opportunities

For exhibitors and visitors alike, the forum offers an opportunity to meet decision-makers from across the global air cargo sector in one location.

Whether companies are launching new products, expanding into new markets, strengthening existing customer relationships or exploring future partnerships, the event is expected to provide a valuable platform for commercial discussions.

Technology providers will also showcase new digital solutions designed to improve efficiency across the supply chain, while startups will have the opportunity to present innovative ideas that could shape the future of the industry.

Miami’s strategic role

Miami remains one of the world’s leading air cargo gateways, connecting North America, Latin America and global trade lanes.

Its extensive international connectivity and strong position in perishables, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce logistics make it a fitting host city for one of the industry’s flagship events.

The choice of venue also reflects the city’s growing importance as a hub for international trade and logistics.

Registration now open

With exhibitor demand continuing to grow and preparations well underway, registration for Air Cargo Forum 2026 is now open.

Organisers are encouraging airlines, freight forwarders, airports, logistics providers, technology companies and other industry stakeholders to secure their participation early as the event moves closer.

As the air cargo industry continues to adapt to changing market conditions, ACF 2026 is expected to provide an important platform for discussing the challenges ahead while identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration across the global supply chain.
