Bolloré Logistics and Strasbourg Airport today announced the launch of a major real estate project: the construction of a logistics centre dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry on the Skyparc, Strasbourg Airport’s business park.

The 10,000 m², temperature-controlled warehouse, operated by Bolloré Logistics under its own name, will receive its first flows of pharmaceutical products in January 2022.

Its location close to airport facilities, freight operators, airlines, customs, and police forces, will help to streamline operations while providing excellent motorway connections. It will consist of two temperature-controlled cells, at +2°/+8°C and +15°/+25°C, reserved for high-value-added storage and logistics operations including the processing of export flows by air.

Two pharmacists affiliated with Bolloré Logistics Solutions will also be present on-site, responsible for ensuring that operations are processed in accordance with the public health code and good distribution practices. This new logistics platform will receive the international TAPA FSR B security certification and BREEAM® Very Good certification for its high level of environmental performance as soon as it comes into service.
