Despite the current context marked by the health crisis, DB Schenker completed, on time, its new construction in Orleans. “The aim of this new building is to adapt to the evolution of our activity and to continue to develop” declares Emilie Maurouard, director of the Orléans agency.
“With 5,400 sqm of quay and 64 berths, the new site improves the quality of service for our customers. More modern, it offers better working comfort to employees, especially with more spacious offices with a surface area of 920 sqm. It will also make it possible to offer additional services with direct import, export and national links. “
The integrated environmental aspect
DB Schenker integrates the environmental aspect in its real estate investments. In order to reduce its ecological footprint, DB Schenker has equipped the new Orleans building with the latest technologies such as LED lighting, and maintains its premises without chemicals.
