Job Air Technic has announced the appointment of Jakub Dvořák as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 May 2026, marking a planned leadership transition within one of Europe’s established aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organisations.
Dvořák will succeed outgoing CEO Imrich Czére, who has led the company over the past two years. The change in leadership comes as part of a structured succession process within the broader MRO group structure.
Parent organisation FL Technics acknowledged Czére’s contribution during his tenure, noting his role in supporting operational development and continuity during a period of sustained demand in the European maintenance sector. The company extended its appreciation for his leadership and wished him success in his future endeavours.
The incoming CEO, Jakub Dvořák, brings more than 18 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations, combining technical engineering expertise with senior management responsibilities across both operational and strategic functions. His career progression within Job Air Technic spans the past seven years, during which he has held key leadership positions, including Technical Director and most recently membership on the company’s Management Board.
In his new role, Dvořák is expected to oversee the company’s continued focus on base maintenance services for airline customers across Europe, ensuring operational stability while advancing service efficiency and technical capability. His appointment is seen as a continuation of internal leadership development, reflecting the company’s emphasis on continuity and deep operational expertise.
Commenting on his appointment, Dvořák stated that he is committed to ensuring a smooth leadership transition while maintaining the company’s established service standards and strengthening customer relationships across its European client base.
Job Air Technic will continue to operate normally during the transition period, with no disruption expected to its maintenance programmes or customer commitments. The organisation remains a key component of the FL Technics European MRO network, which supports airline operators with a range of base and line maintenance services across multiple aircraft platforms.
The leadership change underscores ongoing strategic continuity within the group, as demand for MRO services remains robust across Europe, driven by fleet utilisation pressures, extended aircraft lifecycles, and sustained recovery in global aviation operations.
