E-commerce logistics specialist Mark 3 International has appointed Chris Stevens as Asia Business Development Executive, signalling a strategic push to expand its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. The move comes as Mark 3 seeks to strengthen support for cross-border e-commerce and international freight operations.
Stevens brings three decades of experience across the postal, parcel, courier, logistics, and forwarding sectors, with expertise spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. He has previously held senior roles at Swiss Post International (Asendia) and Bpost International (Landmark Global), focusing on global e-commerce and international parcel solutions.
In his new role, Stevens will provide guidance on digital cross-border shipping solutions, including Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) options, as well as support for data capture and enhancement. This includes HS Code classification, compliance screening for prohibited and restricted goods, and duty and tax calculation.

“The postal sector is a key area of focus due to the urgent need to support digital transformation,” Stevens said. “National postal operators manage end-to-end supply chains, but they require expert guidance to navigate regulatory changes. Mark 3 can add real value, helping organisations manage in an increasingly complex trading environment.”
Strategic expansion in Asia
Stevens’ appointment is part of a broader expansion strategy for Mark 3, which has recently made several operational and technological investments. The company acquired Tricargo, a global air cargo sales solution, and established a strategic partnership with DPD UK.
Last year, Mark 3 expanded its warehousing capabilities with new facilities at JFK Airport in New York, with additional capacity planned at LAX. The company has also invested in AI logistics specialist Dobby AI to develop advanced tools for consolidating and analysing shipping data, enhancing efficiency for global exporters.
