The Miami Beach Convention Center transformed into the beating heart of the global logistics industry from November 11–13, 2025, as transport logistic Americas, air cargo Americas, and the newly introduced project cargo Americas concluded a highly successful edition. Over 6,345 participants and 143 exhibitors from 24 countries converged in Florida, reaffirming the event’s status as the Americas’ leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management.
A Tri-Event that Surpassed Expectations
The trade fair opened with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting led by Christofer Burger, German Consul General, alongside senior figures from the regional and international logistics community. What followed was three days of intense networking, business matchmaking, and cross-border collaboration.
Visitors arrived from across the hemisphere—with strong representation from Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina—while one-third of attendees travelled from abroad, underlining the event’s continued international pull.
Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead at Messe München, summed up the atmosphere:
“The more international the business and the more uncertain the times, the more important personal contact becomes. Miami has again proven itself as a strategic meeting point for the logistics community. This event reinforces its position as the leading logistics showcase in the U.S.”
A New Standard for Multimodal Trade Fairs in America
Nearly half of all exhibitors hailed from the United States, complemented by a strong international presence across air, maritime, road, and rail logistics. With a noticeably expanded maritime segment, the fair strengthened its profile as a truly multimodal platform.
Digitalisation emerged as a key theme—one in five exhibitors highlighted tech-driven solutions that are reshaping supply chains, from advanced tracking systems to automation and AI-driven cargo management.
Luke Baker, Head of Marketing at Network Aviation Group, praised the show’s industry relevance:
“A high-quality, focused platform that allowed deep conversations on sustainable aviation, e-commerce futures, and complex project cargo. Air Cargo Americas is our most important event outside Europe.”
This sentiment was echoed by industry leaders positioning the event as a go-to hub for the Americas. Clark Fritsch, Managing Director at logineer, added:
“This is no longer just an air cargo event—it is becoming the U.S. staple for the forwarding industry. This platform can be the new leading show.”
Attendance Boomed Beyond Forecasts
Even before doors opened, registration figures exceeded expectations. Miami’s own logistics ecosystem—five seaports, Miami International Airport, and thriving clusters in life sciences, perishables, and retail—played a major role in fueling turnout.
Initial data show:
- 80% of visitors were decision-makers
- 90% came from the Americas
Local operator PTS Logistics Inc. captured the energy in the halls.
“The foot traffic has been excellent,” said William Gerst, Sr. Business Development Manager.
Looking ahead, Luis Ramos, CEO of PrimeFlight (Mexico), highlighted the strategic depth of the event:
“It stops feeling like a trade show and starts feeling like a global logistics chessboard. The opportunities and quality of attendees were world-class.”
Conference Program: High-Level Knowledge Exchange
Reflecting the conference model of transport logistic Munich, the 2025 edition delivered:
- 19 expert-led sessions
- 70+ individual presentations
- 11 content partners
The sessions drew strong attendance, tackling aviation sustainability, infrastructure constraints, digital transformation, maritime shifts, and the booming e-commerce supply chain.
Adrian Varez, Head of Growth Enterprises at HappyRobot, noted:
“The conference environment was exceptionally well-organized and encouraged meaningful business conversations, with a collaborative and professional atmosphere throughout.”
Debut Success for project cargo Americas
Marking its first appearance, project cargo Americas featured:
- 30 specialised exhibitors
- Two dedicated conference sessions
- High engagement from breakbulk, heavy-lift, and engineering logistics stakeholders
Dr. Schönberger emphasized the segment’s long-term potential:
“This trade fair has tremendous momentum. We will continue developing it with the same high standards as transport logistic in Munich and expand global networking across supply chains.”
Looking Ahead: Miami 2027
Building on this year’s performance, the next edition of transport logistic, project cargo & air cargo Americas will return to Miami in autumn 2027. With stronger maritime integration, accelerating digitalisation, and deeper industry participation expected, Miami is set to remain the region’s premier logistics crossroads.
