The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has crossed a significant new threshold, surpassing 500 members worldwide—a landmark that underscores both the organisation’s expanding global influence and its central role in shaping the future of the air cargo industry. The milestone reflects a deepening commitment across the sector to collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development, as organisations from every corner of the supply chain converge under TIACA’s unified platform.
Today, TIACA’s membership represents one of the most diverse coalitions in the global logistics landscape. Airlines, airports, ground handlers, GSSAs, freight forwarders, shippers, logistics providers, technology innovators, drone operators, industry suppliers, and government agencies—from every geographical region—now contribute to the association’s growing voice and shared mission.
“Reaching over 500 members is a clear sign that the global air cargo community values TIACA’s work and believes in our mission,” said Glyn Hughes, TIACA Director General. “Our growing membership base demonstrates the importance of having one global voice advocating for all parts of the industry, from small operators to major international players. This milestone strengthens our ability to deliver even more value through advocacy, education, and engagement.”
The organisation’s expansion has been fuelled by an active agenda over recent years, including industry white papers, sustainability initiatives, and thought-leadership programs such as the Air Cargo Sustainability Roadmap and the BlueSky Assessment Program. TIACA has also strengthened its educational and professional development offerings with its online Training Library, while its event portfolio—headlined by the Air Cargo Forum and the Executive Summit—has become a central meeting ground for industry stakeholders.
Extending its presence into key global markets, TIACA has appointed Regional Representatives in Latin America, India, China, and the Middle East, further deepening outreach and engagement across emerging and established cargo hubs.
“This milestone is not only about numbers—it’s about engagement, inclusivity, and global representation. TIACA continues to grow stronger because it brings together every part of the supply chain under one collaborative platform, focused on innovation and progress,” said Roos Bakker, TIACA Chair.
The momentum was especially evident at the Air Cargo Forum 2025, held from November 3–6 in Abu Dhabi, where TIACA formally welcomed new Trustee Members CargoCrew LLC and Dubai South, along with Corporate Members including Amazon Air Cargo, Magma Aviation, SolitAir Cargo, Turkmenistan Airlines, and TAC Innovation.
As TIACA moves into its next chapter, the association continues to invite new members across the value chain who share its vision of a connected, sustainable, and resilient global air cargo industry.
