Miami / Warsaw.

The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced that its Executive Summit 2026 will take place in Warsaw, Poland, from June 1–3, 2026, marking the first time the flagship leadership event will be hosted in Central and Eastern Europe. The summit will be hosted by LOT Polish Airlines and held at the Hilton Warsaw City, situated in the capital’s thriving financial district.

The annual Executive Summit serves as a premier gathering for the global air cargo community, attracting more than 350 senior executives, policymakers, and thought leaders from across the logistics, aviation, and technology sectors. The 2026 edition promises to continue that tradition, offering two full days of high-level conference sessions, strategic discussions, and global networking opportunities.

Spotlight on Warsaw: Europe’s Emerging Logistics Hub

“TIACA is excited to bring the Executive Summit to Warsaw — a city with a dynamic economy and a growing role as a logistics and trade hub in Central and Eastern Europe,” said Roos Bakker, Chair of TIACA. “With the event set in the heart of this vibrant capital, we look forward to engaging discussions, meaningful networking, and innovative solutions that will help shape the future of our industry.”

The choice of Warsaw underscores TIACA’s recognition of the region’s rising influence in global trade and cargo operations. Poland’s strategic location — bridging Western Europe and Asia — coupled with its robust infrastructure and expanding air cargo capacity, makes it a natural venue for dialogue on the industry’s next growth frontier.

A Program Focused on Transformation and Innovation

The summit will open on June 1 with a welcome reception hosted by LOT Polish Airlines, before transitioning into two days of conference sessions on June 2–3. The agenda will include panel discussions, fireside chats, and keynote presentations addressing the most pressing issues shaping air cargo today — from e-commerce expansion and sustainability to digital transformation, trade corridors, and supply chain resilience.

Beyond the conference hall, delegates will have the chance to experience Warsaw’s historic landmarks and contemporary venues through curated networking dinners and social programs designed to foster collaboration in relaxed, authentic settings.

“The Executive Summit has evolved into one of the premier global gatherings for air cargo leaders,” noted Glyn Hughes, TIACA Director General. “We are delighted to bring it to Warsaw in 2026. This summit will provide a powerful platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and collective action as we continue to support the industry in navigating change and driving innovation.”

LOT Polish Airlines to Showcase Regional Leadership

As host airline, LOT Polish Airlines will spotlight Poland’s growing influence in global air logistics and the region’s potential as a key trade bridge connecting East and West.

“We are proud to host the TIACA Executive Summit 2026 in Warsaw,” said Michał Grochowski, Cargo and Mail Director at LOT Polish Airlines. “This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase both Poland’s and Central Eastern Europe’s growing importance in global air cargo and logistics. As we continue to strengthen our cargo network and invest in innovation, this summit provides a valuable platform to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and highlight the region’s dynamic potential within the global supply chain. We look forward to welcoming our international partners to Warsaw.”

Building Momentum for Global Collaboration

Following the success of the Air Cargo Forum 2025 in Abu Dhabi, TIACA’s decision to bring its Executive Summit to Warsaw reinforces the association’s commitment to broadening its global footprint and engaging with emerging cargo markets. The 2026 event is expected to generate new strategic partnerships and industry initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and digitalisation across the global airfreight value chain.

With its central location, growing connectivity, and forward-looking logistics infrastructure, Warsaw is set to offer an inspiring backdrop for one of the air cargo industry’s most influential leadership gatherings — positioning the TIACA Executive Summit 2026 as a defining event on the global aviation calendar.
