Menzies Aviation, the global aviation logistics specialist, has won the ‘International Air Cargo Handler of the Year’ award at the 2022 STAT Times International Awards for Excellence in Cargo.
The International Cargo Handler of the Year category, won by Menzies Aviation, recognizes air cargo handlers for delivering exceptional service across their global operations. The award reflects the success of Menzies’ cargo strategy, which includes a renewed focus on global partnerships and expansion into new markets.
With a number of significant cargo contract wins globally and strategic joint ventures, Menzies’ cargo operations have gone from strength to strength over recent years – growing from 36 stations in 2018 to 58 today.
Accepting the award on behalf of Menzies at the Air Cargo India Exhibition and Conference in Mumbai, Charles Wyley, Executive Vice President – Middle East, Africa, and Asia said: “We are proud that our air cargo operations have been recognised by the industry with this accolade.
