His main task is the development of innovative products that harness the power of digitalization, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence. These advancements aim to meet the evolving needs of customers and deliver measurable added value to both current and prospective clients. Alcantara holds a master’s degree in customer centric marketing and brings a wealth of experience in product development and innovation.
Before joining Jettainer, he worked for over ten years at the LSG Group, among others as Senior Manager Product Development Latin America and most recently as Director of New Business Development. He speaks six languages – English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian.
