Air Logistics Group has introduced a new global brand identity built around the philosophy of ‘People-Powered Excellence’, reaffirming its commitment to combining human expertise with technological innovation as the air cargo industry enters a new era of digital transformation.

The global cargo General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) said the refreshed brand identity represents a stronger articulation of the values that have guided the company for more than three decades — placing people, trusted partnerships, and exceptional customer service at the core of its operations.

Established in 1994, Air Logistics Group has grown into one of the world’s leading cargo GSSA networks, operating through more than 100 offices across over 60 countries spanning six continents. The company currently supports more than 135 airline partners and manages over 3.2 million cargo quotations annually, demonstrating its extensive global reach and operational expertise.

Human Expertise Remains the Foundation of Growth

While the air cargo industry continues to rapidly adopt artificial intelligence, automation, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions, Air Logistics Group believes that technology should complement—not replace—the knowledge, experience, and personal relationships that drive long-term commercial success.

Stephen Dawkins, Chief Executive Officer of Air Logistics Group, highlighted the importance of maintaining a balance between innovation and customer-centric service.

“Air cargo is evolving at an unprecedented pace, with technology playing an increasingly important role in shaping the future of our industry. However, for many customers, the growing digital landscape can also create additional complexity and costs.

“Our targeted investments in innovation are enabling us to become faster, smarter, and more connected with our airline and freight forwarding partners. Yet it is the expertise, commitment, and dedication of our people that deliver real value, strengthen relationships, and create new opportunities.

‘People-Powered Excellence’ defines who we are, what we stand for, and how we continue to serve our customers around the world,” Dawkins said.

Combining Digital Innovation with Personal Relationships

According to Air Logistics Group, the new brand identity does not signify a change in business direction but rather reinforces the company’s long-standing philosophy of blending global capabilities with local market knowledge and personalised customer engagement.

As supply chains become more complex and the demand for agile logistics solutions increases, the company believes that responsiveness, industry expertise, and strong customer relationships will continue to differentiate successful air cargo businesses.

The organisation plans to further strengthen its position by leveraging advanced technologies, data analytics, and digital capabilities while continuing to invest in its international workforce and airline partnerships.

Investing in the Next Chapter of Global Growth

Looking ahead, Air Logistics Group will continue to accelerate investments in technology and innovation while expanding its global talent base and enhancing collaboration with airline customers worldwide.

Building on more than 30 years of international expansion, the company aims to maintain its leadership position within the global GSSA sector by creating a business model where digital transformation and human expertise work together to deliver greater efficiency, reliability, and customer value.

With ‘People-Powered Excellence’ as its guiding principle, Air Logistics Group is positioning itself for the future of air cargo — a future where advanced technology enhances, rather than replaces, the relationships and expertise that remain fundamental to the industry’s success.
