March 24, 2026 – The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is pleased to announce that the 2026 edition of Wings of Change Europe (WOCE) will take place on 15 October 2026 in Brussels, Belgium.
WOCE is Europe’s premier forum for aviation leaders, EU regulators, policymakers, and industry experts to engage in high-level dialogue on the pressing issues shaping European air transport. The event serves as a platform to define priorities, strengthen regional competitiveness, and highlight aviation’s vital economic contribution across Europe.
In conjunction with WOCE, IATA is also hosting the World Sustainability Symposium (WSS) on 13–14 October 2026at the same venue. WSS brings together more than 500 global leaders from aviation, sustainability, finance, technology, and policy to explore the latest developments in sustainable aviation, including the roadmap to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
By scheduling WSS just days before WOCE, participants have a unique opportunity to enhance their sustainability expertise ahead of Europe’s most influential aero-political discussions. The symposium provides actionable insights, addresses key industry challenges, and supports decision-making that will accelerate the aviation sector’s sustainability transition.
“WOCE remains Europe’s leading platform for high-level dialogue on aviation priorities, while WSS gives our global community the tools and insights to drive sustainable aviation forward,” said IATA. “Combining these events in Brussels offers attendees a comprehensive view of both regulatory and sustainability imperatives, maximizing the value of their participation in the heart of European decision-making.”
Registration for both events is now open. For more information, visit www.iata.org/events.
