AIRCIS has developed the largest air cargo community in Korea by connecting approximately 1,000 logistics companies

Incheon International Airport, the world’s second largest logistics airport, announced the launch of AIRCIS, the air cargo information system connecting forwarders, service operators and bonded carriers online. A system where users can see the entire air cargo information at a glance, AIRCIS was developed by South Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport and is operated by Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC).

The services offered include schedule information inquiry, cargo reservation and tracking, terminal operation information inquiry, and D/O inquiry in the simple form of EDI, web and open API.

“Thanks to AIRCIS, which supports standardised work processes and real-time processing of cargo information with its integrated system, the cargo lead time and unnecessary waiting time have been minimised, making a significant contribution to enhancing our competitiveness in the global air cargo industry,”.

AIRCIS has developed the largest air cargo community in Korea by connecting approximately 1,000 logistics companies (airlines, shippers/consignees, forwarders and warehouse operators). “AIRCIS will improve the service after IIAC is designated as a dedicated air cargo service provider by the Korean government and plans to expand the logistics network.” AIRCIS will grow with carriers, forwarders, shippers/consignees and ground handling companies by realising the world’s best air cargo information system.
