Jettainer has strengthened its global account management team with the appointment of Jörg Krings as Senior Global Account Manager, effective 1 September 2026. Krings brings more than 25 years of experience in international key account management and the air cargo industry to the ULD management specialist, with a remit focused on developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing and prospective customers across international markets.
Krings joins Jettainer following more than two decades at Envirotainer, where he most recently served as Global Key Account Manager Airlines. During his career, he has worked extensively with international airline customers, developing expertise in managing complex requirements and building long-term commercial relationships. His background also includes experience in temperature-controlled ULD solutions and ULD leasing, providing a strong foundation for his new role at Jettainer.
In his position, Krings will work with existing and prospective customers to identify operational requirements, develop tailored solutions and support opportunities through implementation. His appointment comes as Jettainer continues to expand its international ULD management activities and invest in technology and customer-focused services. The company currently manages ULD fleets for numerous airlines worldwide and uses its JettwareNG platform to provide fleet visibility and operational control.

The appointment adds further air cargo and airline-account expertise to Jettainer’s commercial organisation as the company continues to develop its portfolio of ULD management, leasing, maintenance and technology-enabled services. Jettainer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Cargo and part of the Lufthansa Group.
