Central Asian cargo carrier My Freighter has significantly expanded its international footprint by signing new interline agreements with Air Canada Cargo and Singapore Airlines Cargo (SIA Cargo), reinforcing its strategy to position Central Asia as a vital logistics gateway connecting Asia, Europe and North America.

The partnerships provide customers with enhanced access to wider global cargo networks, greater routing flexibility and more seamless freight movements across major international trade lanes.

The announcements have been confirmed through official communications from My Freighter and align with the airline’s ongoing strategy of strengthening its international interline network through partnerships with leading global cargo operators.

Strengthening Central Asia’s position in global logistics

The agreement with Air Canada Cargo marks another important milestone in My Freighter’s international expansion, combining the Canadian carrier’s extensive North American network with My Freighter’s rapidly growing operations across Central Asia.

The collaboration is expected to create new cargo corridors linking businesses in Central Asia with Canada, the United States and other destinations served through Air Canada’s cargo network, while improving access for North American exporters into emerging Central Asian markets.

Khafizjon Gafurov, Shareholder of My Freighter and Centrum Holding, described the partnership as being about much more than network expansion.

“For us, partnerships such as this are about much more than network growth. They are about creating new trade corridors, improving connectivity and providing our customers with seamless access to global markets.”

He added that by integrating Air Canada’s extensive North American network with My Freighter’s regional capabilities, businesses across Central Asia will gain improved access to international markets while benefiting from faster and more efficient cargo movements.

According to Gafurov, strategic alliances are becoming increasingly important as global supply chains continue to evolve and diversify.

“As global supply chains continue to evolve, strong international partnerships will play a crucial role in shaping the future of logistics. We are proud to work with leading global carriers such as Air Canada as we continue strengthening Central Asia’s connectivity with the rest of the world.”

Singapore Airlines Cargo becomes My Freighter’s 25th interline partner

My Freighter has also formalised an interline agreement with Singapore Airlines Cargo, marking the airline’s 25th international interline partnership.

The agreement provides My Freighter with access to Singapore Airlines Cargo’s extensive global network spanning Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia, Australia, the Pacific, Europe and numerous international cargo gateways.

Through the interline arrangement, shipments can be transferred seamlessly between both carriers’ networks, providing customers with improved transit options, expanded destination coverage and greater flexibility in planning international cargo movements.

Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, Founder and CEO of Centrum Holding and My Freighter, said the partnership further strengthens the airline’s ambition of becoming Central Asia’s preferred logistics bridge to global markets.

In a statement shared on social media, Abdurakhmanov said:

“This agreement is a further testament to My Freighter’s commitment to becoming the premier logistics bridge between Central Asia and global markets.”

He added that expanding partnerships with leading international airlines continues to improve service quality, network connectivity and operational reliability for customers worldwide.

Expanding opportunities across Asia-Pacific

The Singapore Airlines Cargo agreement is expected to benefit exporters and importers trading between Central Asia and the rapidly growing Asia-Pacific region.

Customers will gain access to one of the world’s most comprehensive premium cargo networks, offering efficient connections through Singapore to key manufacturing, technology and consumer markets across Asia and beyond.

The partnership also reflects Singapore Airlines’ broader strategy of strengthening commercial cooperation with international carriers.

In recent months, Singapore Airlines has expanded collaborations across both passenger and cargo operations, including a commercial joint venture memorandum of understanding with Air China and the launch of a strategic joint business partnership with Malaysia Airlines, following regulatory approvals.

Rapid expansion of My Freighter’s interline network

The agreements with Air Canada Cargo and Singapore Airlines Cargo continue a period of rapid international expansion for My Freighter.

Earlier this year, the airline signed an interline agreement with China Southern Airlines, strengthening cargo connectivity between Central Asia and mainland China through one of Asia’s largest airline networks.

In January 2026, My Freighter also concluded agreements with several Chinese carriers, including SF Airlines, Loong Air, Juneyao Air, and Taiwan-based STARLUX Airlines, significantly expanding cargo access across China, Europe and other international markets.

These partnerships complement an already extensive interline portfolio that includes leading international operators such as:

  • Cargojet
  • American Airlines
  • National Air Cargo
  • Air Serbia
  • Biman Bangladesh Airlines
  • Aeroméxico
  • Air Europa
  • Challenge Group
  • Icelandair Cargo

The airline said expanding cooperation across Asia and other strategic markets remains a key pillar of its long-term growth strategy.

Fleet expansion supports network growth

Alongside its growing partnership portfolio, My Freighter continues investing heavily in fleet development.

In April 2026, the airline introduced another Boeing 767 freighter, increasing its fleet to 10 aircraft. The aircraft, registered UK67022, was named after renowned Uzbek writer Abdulla Qodiriy, continuing the airline’s tradition of honouring notable historical figures.

The latest addition brings the combined fleet operated by My Freighter and sister carrier Centrum Air to 26 aircraft, strengthening operational capacity as international demand continues to grow.

The airline has also expanded its cooperation with ECS Group, enhancing cargo connectivity between Europe and Central Asia through major gateways including Liège, Maastricht, Basel, Tallinn and Paris Charles de Gaulle, with Tashkent serving as its primary regional hub.

Building Central Asia into a global cargo gateway

My Freighter’s latest interline agreements underline the airline’s ambition to transform Central Asia into a strategic logistics bridge linking Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

By combining fleet expansion with an increasingly comprehensive network of international airline partnerships, the carrier is creating more efficient cargo corridors for industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and perishables to e-commerce, automotive components and general freight.

As global supply chains continue to diversify, My Freighter’s expanding interline ecosystem positions the airline to play an increasingly important role in facilitating trade between Central Asia and some of the world’s largest cargo markets.
