The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced Singapore as the host city for its Executive Summit 2027, with the global air cargo leadership gathering scheduled to take place from 21–23 June 2027. The event is expected to bring together more than 350 senior executives, innovators, and industry decision-makers from over 40 countries for three days of strategic dialogue, knowledge exchange, and high-level networking.
Following the successful Executive Summit 2026 held in Warsaw, Poland, which welcomed more than 320 delegates from across the air cargo ecosystem, the 2027 edition will mark a significant return to Asia, reinforcing the region’s growing importance in global trade, logistics, and aviation.
The Executive Summit has established itself as one of the air cargo industry’s premier leadership forums, attracting executives from airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handlers, technology companies, logistics providers, and the shipper community. According to TIACA, approximately 80% of participants at the 2026 summit were senior-level decision-makers, highlighting the event’s role as a platform for shaping the future direction of the industry.
Roos Bakker, Chair of TIACA, said Singapore’s position as one of the world’s leading aviation and logistics centres made it an ideal venue for the global gathering.
“Singapore is one of the world’s premier logistics and aviation hubs, making it an ideal location for our global air cargo community to gather. The Executive Summit continues to evolve as a platform where leaders engage in meaningful conversations, share best practices, and collaborate on solutions that will drive our industry forward. We are excited to bring this event to Asia and welcome delegates from around the world,” Bakker said.
Focus on Transformation, Innovation and Future Growth
The Executive Summit 2027 will continue several successful initiatives introduced in recent editions, including the TIACA Keynote Address, which debuted at the 2026 event and offers insights from internationally recognised thought leaders on leadership, innovation and business transformation.
Glyn Hughes, Director General of TIACA, said the summit’s unique combination of strategic content and executive-level engagement makes it one of the most influential events in the global air cargo calendar.
“The Executive Summit is designed to bring together the people who are shaping the future of air cargo. The combination of strategic content, executive-level networking, and participation from a truly global audience makes this event unique. With delegates expected from more than 40 countries and a strong representation of senior decision-makers, Singapore 2027 promises to be our most impactful Executive Summit yet,” Hughes said.
The 2027 agenda will explore some of the most significant developments influencing the air cargo sector, including digital transformation, sustainability, e-commerce expansion, infrastructure investment, market trends, regulatory developments, workforce challenges, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
Alongside conference sessions and expert panels, the summit will offer extensive networking opportunities aimed at strengthening partnerships and encouraging greater collaboration across the international air cargo supply chain.
Additional information on registration, sponsorship opportunities, speakers, and the detailed programme agenda will be released by TIACA in the coming months as preparations for the Singapore event progress.
