Cargo handling firm Worldwide Flight Services has signed contracts with five major airlines in the U.S. for passenger, ramp and cargo handling services.
The deals include services for thrice-weekly Airbus A330-300 flights from Dallas-Fort Worth to Keflavik International Airport on behalf of WOW Air, a handling contract for SN Brussels in New York, new contracts with EVA Air and Emirates Airline in Los Angeles, and a services contract with Ethiopian Airlines in Chicago.
“These new contracts continue WFS’s great start to 2018 in the U.S. Not only are these all major customers, they are also existing WFS clients who are growing their business with us at more of their airport gateways,” said Michael A. Duffy, WFS Americas CEO.
Headquartered in Paris, WFS is one of the world’s largest air cargo handlers with operations at more than 198 major airports in 23 countries and cargo throughput topping 4 million tonnes annually.
