2022 IATA Ground Handling Conference Coming to Paris

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has announced the dates and location of the 34th annual IATA Ground Handling Conference (IGHC).

The 2022 event will be held in Paris, France, from May 30 through June 2 at Palais Brongniart.

The 33rd edition of the event was held in Prague, Czech Republic, Nov. 16-18, 2021. The 2020 event was not held and the 2021 event was postponed due to travel challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the conclusion of the event in Prague, IATA officials were unable to announce the next location for the event but confirmed the IGHC would return to its traditional spring timeframe.

According to IATA, more than 750 delegates are expected to attend the 34th IGHC, including representatives from airlines, ground service providers, airports and manufacturers and solution providers.
