Chapman Freeborn has appointed Latha Narayan as President, Asia Pacific (APAC), signaling a strategic push to expand the company’s footprint across the region. In her new role, Narayan will oversee the company’s commercial and operational development across cargo, passenger, and business aviation services, with a focus on scaling operations, enhancing performance, and fostering regional alignment.
Narayan brings over 20 years of international aviation experience, spanning commercial strategy, revenue management, and transformation programs. She has held senior leadership positions at British Airways and Etihad Airways, where she was instrumental in driving commercial performance and managing complex multi-market operations. Most recently, she served as an independent aviation and cargo consultant, advising leading airlines and logistics operators on strategic development, network optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives. Known for her strong commercial acumen, Narayan is recognised for delivering measurable business outcomes in highly competitive international markets.
