My Freighter has expanded its freighter fleet to ten aircraft following the delivery of a Boeing 767-300BDSF, further reinforcing its rapid growth strategy across key Asia–Europe cargo corridors.
The newly delivered aircraft, registered UK67022, was received on 17 April 2026 and marks another step in the carrier’s ongoing fleet modernisation and capacity expansion programme. The airline continues to focus on scaling operations from its hub in Uzbekistan to meet rising demand on intercontinental freight routes.
Fleet Expansion and Naming Tradition
In line with its established practice of honouring prominent national historical figures, My Freighter has named the latest addition “Abdulla Qodiriy,” paying tribute to the influential Uzbek writer and cultural figure. The naming convention reflects the airline’s broader branding approach, which combines aviation growth with national heritage recognition.
With this latest addition, the airline’s fleet now comprises nine Boeing 767 freighters—primarily passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions—and one Boeing 757-200F, which was introduced in March 2025. The carrier continues to rely on mid- to long-range freighter aircraft to support its expanding international operations.
Network Expansion Across Asia–Europe Trade Lanes
Fleet growth comes amid a series of network expansions aimed at strengthening My Freighter’s position in the competitive Eurasian air cargo market. The airline recently launched new operations linking Asia with Frankfurt Airport, one of Europe’s largest air freight gateways.
Earlier this year, My Freighter also announced scheduled services from Hong Kong International Airport to Maastricht Aachen Airport via its central hub at Tashkent. The routing strategy reflects a growing emphasis on hub-and-spoke connectivity through Central Asia to optimise transit efficiency between Asia and Europe.
Strategic Partnerships and Network Development
Alongside fleet expansion, My Freighter has been actively strengthening its global connectivity through interline and commercial partnerships. Recent collaborations, including arrangements with major carriers such as China Southern Airlines, are aimed at extending reach into broader international markets and improving cargo feed into its Tashkent hub.
The airline’s strategy focuses on leveraging Uzbekistan’s geographic position along key Eurasian trade corridors, positioning Tashkent as an emerging transit point for e-commerce, general cargo, and industrial shipments moving between Asia and Europe.
Outlook
The addition of a tenth freighter underscores My Freighter’s continued expansion in response to sustained demand growth in long-haul air cargo markets. With ongoing fleet development and network diversification, the airline is reinforcing its role as a developing player in the competitive Asia–Europe freight sector, where capacity flexibility and hub efficiency remain critical drivers of growth.
