Unilode Aviation Solutions, the global leader in outsourced Unit Load Device (ULD) management, repair, and digital services, is proud to announce the renewal of its long-standing partnership with Air Transat for full ULD management solutions.

The renewal marks another important chapter in a relationship spanning more than two decades, making Air Transat one of Unilode’s longest-standing airline partners and demonstrating the strength of a partnership built on trust, collaboration and growing together.

Since the Unilode and Air Transat partnership began in 2003, the two companies have grown and evolved together. Unilode has supported Air Transat with a comprehensive ULD management solution designed to adapt to the airline’s changing operational and network requirements.

Under the renewed agreement, Unilode will continue to provide Air Transat with full ULD management, including the supply, management, positioning, repair, and digitalisation of its ULD fleet, supported by Unilode’s extensive global network and specialist expertise.

Janis Balkens, Chief Operations Officer, Unilode Aviation Solutions, said:

“Air Transat is one of Unilode’s longest-standing partners, and we are incredibly proud to continue a relationship that has now spanned more than two decades.

This renewal is about much more than extending a contract. It reflects the trust, collaboration, and strong partnership our two organisations have built by growing together over many years.

We are extremely proud that Air Transat continues to place its trust in our people and our solutions, and we look forward to continuing to grow together for many years to come.”

Sergio Matos, Vice-President, Airport Operations, Air Transat, said:

“Our partnership with Unilode has developed and strengthened over more than two decades, supporting our operation as our business has evolved. The longevity of our relationship is a testament to the strong collaboration between our teams, and we are pleased to renew our partnership as we continue to grow together.”

The renewal reinforces Unilode’s commitment to building long-term partnerships that evolve with its customers. Through the scale of its global pooling network, digital capabilities, and worldwide MRO footprint, Unilode continues to help airline partners optimise their ULD operations while providing the flexibility and resilience required to support future growth.
