The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has officially opened nominations for its prestigious Hall of Fame, inviting industry professionals to put forward candidates who have made a lasting impact on the global air cargo sector.
This year, TIACA has revamped its nomination process, making it more accessible and inclusive to ensure a wider range of industry leaders receive the recognition they deserve. The Hall of Fame celebrates individuals whose leadership, innovation, and dedication have shaped the future of air cargo.
A New Approach to Recognizing Excellence
In an effort to make the selection process more transparent and engaging, TIACA has introduced several key updates:
- A Simplified Nomination Process – A more user-friendly submission format encourages broader participation.
- Expanded Eligibility Criteria – Acknowledging contributions from professionals across all facets of the air cargo industry.
- An Enhanced Evaluation Framework – A structured approach to assessing nominees based on leadership, innovation, and long-term industry impact.
“The air cargo industry continues to evolve, thanks to the vision and dedication of exceptional individuals,” said Steven Polmans, Chair of TIACA. “With these changes, we hope to make it easier for industry professionals worldwide to highlight and celebrate the people who have truly shaped our sector.”
How to Nominate
Nominations are now open and will be accepted until March 31, 2025. The selected honoree will be formally inducted into the TIACA Hall of Fame at the TIACA Executive Summit in Hong Kong, June 24-26, 2025.
For those looking to recognize an outstanding leader in air cargo, this is an opportunity to ensure their contributions are honored on a global stage.
