More than 350 senior executives from over 40 countries expected to convene for three-day summit focused on digital transformation, sustainability, e-commerce and the future of global air cargo
Singapore: The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced that Singapore will host its Executive Summit 2027 from 21-23 June 2027, bringing together more than 350 senior executives and industry leaders from over 40 countries for one of the air cargo sector’s most influential leadership gatherings.
Building on the momentum of the successful Executive Summit 2026 in Warsaw, Poland, the Singapore edition is expected to attract an even larger international audience, reinforcing Asia’s growing importance in global air cargo, logistics and supply chain development. The announcement has been confirmed through TIACA’s official communication.
Asia’s premier aviation hub to welcome global industry leaders
The decision to host the Executive Summit in Singapore underscores the city-state’s position as one of the world’s leading aviation, logistics and trade hubs.
Strategically located at the crossroads of major global trade routes, Singapore has established itself as a critical gateway connecting Asia-Pacific markets with Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Its advanced airport infrastructure, highly efficient logistics ecosystem and strong digital economy make it an ideal venue for discussions shaping the future of international air cargo.
The summit will bring together senior representatives from airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handling companies, logistics providers, technology firms, shippers and regulatory organisations for three days of strategic dialogue and collaboration.
Building on the success of Warsaw 2026
TIACA’s Executive Summit has evolved into one of the industry’s most respected executive forums, attracting decision-makers responsible for shaping global cargo strategies and investments.
The 2026 edition in Warsaw welcomed more than 320 delegates, with approximately 80 per cent of attendees occupying senior executive and leadership positions. The strong participation demonstrated the summit’s reputation as a high-level platform where industry leaders address the most pressing opportunities and challenges facing global air cargo.
For the 2027 event, TIACA expects attendance to exceed 350 delegates, reflecting growing international interest in executive-level collaboration as the industry continues to navigate rapid technological, regulatory and market transformation.
Agenda to address the industry’s biggest challenges
The Executive Summit 2027 will feature a comprehensive programme examining many of the key issues reshaping the global air cargo landscape.
Topics expected to dominate discussions include:

- Infrastructure investment and capacity development

The programme will combine keynote presentations, executive panel discussions, strategic workshops and interactive networking sessions designed to promote collaboration across the global cargo ecosystem.

The keynote programme is designed to bring internationally recognised thought leaders to the stage, offering delegates fresh perspectives on leadership, innovation, organisational transformation and the evolving global business environment.
The initiative has become one of the Executive Summit’s signature features, complementing its strong technical and strategic programme with broader leadership insights relevant to today’s rapidly changing logistics industry.
Global collaboration at the executive level

Strengthening the future of global air cargo
As air cargo continues to evolve amid changing trade patterns, digitalisation, sustainability commitments and growing e-commerce demand, forums such as the TIACA Executive Summit play an increasingly important role in fostering collaboration across the industry.
By bringing together senior decision-makers from every segment of the global air cargo value chain, the Singapore summit aims to facilitate meaningful dialogue, encourage innovation and support the development of practical solutions to the challenges facing international logistics.
