The global air cargo industry will return to Miami, Florida, this October as the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) hosts Air Cargo Forum 2026 (ACF 2026) at the Miami Beach Convention Center from 26 to 29 October 2026.

Building on the success of the 2024 edition, the biennial event is expected to once again bring together airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handlers, shippers, logistics providers, technology companies and manufacturers for four days of networking, business development and discussions on the future of air cargo. Event details have been confirmed by TIACA.

Building on the success of 2024

The previous Air Cargo Forum attracted more than 250 exhibitors and over 3,500 unique visitors, reinforcing its position as one of the industry’s leading international gatherings.

Organisers say the 2026 edition will build on that momentum with a larger exhibition, an expanded conference programme and more opportunities for companies to showcase new products, services and technologies.

As one of TIACA’s flagship events, the forum continues to provide a platform where businesses from across the global air cargo supply chain can meet, exchange ideas and develop new commercial partnerships.

Bringing the industry together

Air Cargo Forum 2026 is designed to represent every part of the air freight ecosystem.

Participants will include airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handling companies, cargo terminals, technology providers, equipment manufacturers, shippers and logistics specialists from around the world.

The conference programme will focus on many of the issues shaping the future of air cargo, including digital transformation, sustainability, innovation, operational efficiency and supply chain resilience.

Alongside keynote presentations and panel discussions, delegates will have the opportunity to engage directly with industry leaders and decision-makers throughout the four-day event.

Exhibition and networking at the heart of the event

The exhibition will remain a central feature of Air Cargo Forum 2026, giving exhibitors an opportunity to present new technologies, digital solutions and logistics services to an international audience.

Companies will also be able to take advantage of sponsorship and advertising opportunities designed to increase brand visibility and strengthen customer engagement.

Networking has always been one of the forum’s defining features, and this year’s programme includes a series of receptions and business events aimed at encouraging collaboration across the industry.

New experiences for 2026

Organisers are also expanding the event beyond the conference halls.

The 2026 programme will include a golf tournament, curated cultural activities, evening receptions and social events, providing additional opportunities for delegates to build relationships in a more informal setting.

These activities are intended to complement the business programme while showcasing Miami’s international character and vibrant hospitality.

Why Miami?

Miami remains one of the world’s most important air cargo gateways, serving as a major hub connecting North America, Latin America, Europe and global trade lanes.

The city’s strong position in sectors such as perishables, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and international freight makes it a natural location for one of the industry’s largest global events.

Its extensive international connectivity and established logistics infrastructure continue to attract airlines, freight forwarders and cargo operators from around the world.

Looking ahead

As the air cargo industry continues to adapt to evolving market conditions, Air Cargo Forum 2026 is expected to provide an important platform for discussing emerging trends, strengthening international partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.

With an expanded programme, strong exhibitor interest and a broad international audience, this year’s event is set to build on the success of previous editions while reinforcing its role as one of the sector’s premier global gatherings.

Registration for Air Cargo Forum 2026 is now open through TIACA’s official event platform.
